What does a one-way rental in Morocco mean?
A one-way rental uses different pick-up and return locations. For example, you may request collection in Casablanca and return in Marrakech, Rabat, Tangier or Agadir. This is a request that needs to be assessed: the vehicle, dates, logistics and exact locations must all be confirmed before travel.
Satguru Car Rental's confirmed physical agency is in Casablanca. In other cities shown on the website, vehicle delivery or pick-up may be arranged on request. A city page therefore does not mean there is a physical branch there or that one-way return is automatically available.
Provide two precise locations, not only two city names
Writing “Casablanca–Marrakech” is not enough to arrange the rental. State whether you want to collect the car at the agency, an airport, a station, a hotel or an address. Do the same for the return. The team can then assess travel time, who will handle the handover and any meeting-point constraints.
For an arrival or departure by air, provide the flight number, date and scheduled time. The airport meeting point must be confirmed; do not assume a permanent desk or walk-up service is available.
Choose the car for the entire route
The vehicle should suit every stage, not only the pick-up city. Provide the passenger count, luggage volume, duration and main stops. For a family trip or several suitcases, check the actual boot capacity: seat count alone does not tell you how much luggage space is available.
Also state whether you prefer a manual or automatic. If the route includes tracks or unusual access roads, describe them before choosing: an SUV is not necessarily four-wheel drive, and permitted use depends on the vehicle and agreement.
What the quote should confirm before you agree
Always compare a written quote for your exact route. It should show the total price, vehicle or category, dates, times and both agreed locations. Also ask whether delivery or return-to-another-city charges apply. There is no single surcharge this guide can quote for every itinerary.
Have the mileage allowance, fuel arrangement, extras, security deposit, payment methods, insurance cover, excesses and exclusions confirmed separately. The deposit is not the rental price, and its terms depend on the quote and agreement.
