Rental terms
The website lets you send a request. A booking becomes final only after written confirmation of the available vehicle, price and specific terms. This page presents the general framework; the signed offer and contract set out the conditions that apply to your rental.
Request and confirmation
The vehicle, dates, pick-up and return locations, and price are checked by the team. An online request alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Driver and documents
Each driver must present a valid identity document or passport and a valid driving licence accepted for driving in Morocco. Age, licence-history and any additional-driver requirements are stated in the offer or contract before handover.
Rates, deposit and payment
The final price, included mileage, options, security deposit, payment method and schedule, and any delivery or one-way charge are communicated before confirmation. No amount found elsewhere or former public rate replaces Satguru Car Rental’s written offer.
Insurance and responsibilities
Insurance cover, excesses, exclusions and the renter’s responsibilities are described in the contract. The vehicle must not be used by an unauthorised person, for illegal activity, racing, sub-rental or outside the territory permitted by the contract.
Vehicle handover and return
Vehicle condition, fuel level, mileage and supplied equipment should be checked at handover and return. The renter returns the vehicle at the agreed location, date and time, in the condition required by the contract, excluding normal wear.
Incident, breakdown, fine or toll
In the event of an accident, breakdown, theft or damage, contact Satguru Car Rental immediately and follow the steps in the contract and those required by the relevant authorities. Traffic offences, fines, tolls and costs attributable to vehicle use remain the responsibility of the driver or renter under the contract and applicable rules.
Changes or cancellation
Applicable rules depend on the vehicle, dates and selected service. They are stated in the relevant confirmation or contract.
Consumer information
Moroccan Law No. 31-08 notably protects the consumer’s right to receive the necessary information before entering into a contract. Satguru Car Rental therefore communicates the specific terms and price before final confirmation. Read the official overview of consumer rights.
