« (Translated by Google) Over three years as a customer, vehicles that keep falling apart, no after-sales service, no replacement vehicle equivalent to your long-term lease. Management is completely blinded by one thing: MONEY, MONEY, MONEY! Never trust the promises of this car rental company; you'll lose both your money and your time. As soon as they know they have to replace your car, or anything else, they stop answering the phone or tell you they don't have any replacement vehicles. Also, even to get their car back (a complete wreck), it took them three days for a transporter to come and collect it. The director of the M TAPAN group himself told me: "We'll send someone, okay!" One, two, three days later: NOTHING. I had to call his sales manager myself to get him to intervene. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! STAY AWAY!!! A FUIRE !!! »

« (Translated by Google) Honestly, I do not recommend this agency! (Details below) Everything went well on the first day (a Tuesday): delivery was made at Rabat airport. It all started Thursday night in Casablanca around midnight. Two warning lights came on on the dashboard (Engine Fault). I contacted the person who delivered the car to inform them. They asked me to contact someone else (the Rabat manager), who called me and asked me to perform some troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists. They advised me to file a complaint so the Casablanca branch would replace the car. The next morning, I tried to find out who to contact to resolve the issue. I found the number for the Casablanca branch manager, who told me to take the car back to the mechanic (frankly, this is completely unprofessional). Despite this, I was very flexible and wanted to resolve the problem so I could continue enjoying my trip. Upon arriving there, I met someone named "S," who works with the company and spoke with the garage about the problem with the C3. The mechanic informed him that the car needed repairs and would take at least a day. He offered me a Hyundai i20 (gasoline) or a Mégane (diesel). I accepted the Mégane, and we were on our way to pick it up. From the moment I met "S," the manager of the Casablanca branch stopped responding to my messages and calls. Before arriving at the office, "S" informed me that the Mégane had just been rented out, so there were no more options! Only the i20 remained (which I had clearly refused beforehand!). I accepted it out of flexibility and informed him that I didn't want to keep it and that he needed to find me a diesel. Unfulfilled promises were made, and I ended up with a car that consumes far too much fuel, contrary to my initial wishes. I sent a message to the Casa branch manager requesting a replacement car (complete silence). He receives my messages and calls but doesn't respond. Is this disrespectful? No, it's utterly disrespectful. I sent the same message to "S," who told me he would get back to me the next morning (Saturday), but I received no reply. I kept the car on Saturday, and on Sunday I started trying to figure out who to contact to arrange delivery. It's unbelievable! I contacted the first number, no answer, and the second one didn't either. I contacted "S" who told me he'd get back to me (this time he was serious, unlike the day before). I sent him the location and asked him to pick it up. He sent me a message asking me to meet him somewhere because he didn't know the address and that he'd drop me off. Once again, I was flexible, and now I really regret it! Before arriving at the destination, I told him I had 10 minutes to get there, and he replied with "OK." When I arrived, I called, but he didn't answer. I called again, still no answer. I waited for more than 10 minutes, still no answer. I went home and gave him the number to call once I arrived at the location I'd shared. He called and started yelling at me because I couldn't wait any longer. I think he'd almost forgotten he was talking to a client. We're not friends! What a level of service! Some proper customer service and stress management training would be beneficial for this person who has absolutely no respect for their work, the customers, or the brand image they represent! I kept my cool and hung up! The manager in Rabat called me, I explained what happened, he apologized, and I sent him the location and phone number to call to retrieve the keys. He acted as an intermediary between me and "S" to prevent things from escalating. My stay was a disaster with a broken-down car and another one I didn't want. Between the frustration, the ghosting, and the blatant disrespect shown by "S," plus their manager who's no longer responding, it all demonstrates how unprofessional these people are! (I'm still keeping the correspondence if needed) (Original) Sincèrement je ne recommande pas cette agence!
